Vices of choice: He lives for good food and good beer but his vice of choice is battle. He loves putting on his armor and throwing himself into a fight.
Hygienic routine: Reinhardt generally takes showers because baths are difficult for him to fit in. Hell, showers are hard for him too sometimes. But he showers daily or even more, if he's worked out that day. He likes to keep clean.
Other daily habits: he keeps up a pretty rigid workout schedule. If he's not up at 4 in the damn morning running, there's something deeply wrong with him. He eats the same breakfast every single day because you have to start the day right. There's always some time for weapon/armor maintenance with Brigitte.
Sleeping habits: Reinhardt sleeps pretty soundly. He has a strong internal clock that always wakes him up at the same time, but he can sleep pretty heavily when he's exhausted himself. He sometimes goes way too long without proper rest. He generally doesn't snore unless he's really really tired.
